Operation Fallen Leaf

Guardian_Zenon
Mission Planner

NOTE! This mission will take place after second main!

Following the failure of Public Relations Operation "Friend Finder", the Canadian Princess Patricia Light Rifles company was ordered to fall back when word of a ISIS force bolstering over 4000 men were moving to wipe out any NATO force in the area of Takistan. Sadly due to the failure of Operation "Friend Finder" ISIS now had the support of the southern Villages within Takistan thus rallying and then tallying the numbers to somewhere between 4500 - 5100 manpower.

During the extraction of the last squad the birds carrying the team was struck by AA fire coming from the Airfield they had abandoned the week before.

Mad Goose 1-1 was the first bird to take fire. There was no transmission as it fell below radar and was lost.

Mad Goose 1-2 was struck from the tail rotor to the main rotor. Pilots last transmission was as follows: "Mad Goose 1-2 is going down, Repeat we are hitting the sand!". Radio and radar contact was lost shortly after.

NATO high command has given a general order to all Countries in the area to assemble and mobilize a Platoon to move in and secure the downed birds and check for any survivors. During this general order word was sent from Russian Command that they want to assist in recovering the downed birds and the personnel. Due to the short time frame and lacking numbers in the area NATO accepted the offer from the Russian Military. Also the UN had provided 1 squad and APC to the mission.

The USA has mobilized a Squad from the 101st Airborne Division to drop behind enemy lines and move to the crash site. (Special Squad Foxtrot and RPTR 1-1)

The forces of the British Royal Marines have mobilized 2 squads to assist in halting enemy advances into Takistan. (Alpha, Bravo)

France has mobilized 1 squad from the French Foreign Legion. (Charlie)

Russia sending in 1 Squad from the Russian VDV and one T-90 from the 14th Guards Regiment. (Delta, KNGT 1-1)

Canada shall have 1 Pilot, 1 Co-pilot, and 1 full squad of injured soldiers. (Echo)

Assuming the mission is open to FNGs I'd be more than happy to slot as a B

ritish LAT or British medic (although I have no tags and am not a regular yet).
