EDIT 13/12 - by the time this meeting happens we should have a date confirmed. I have also done some research into some of the best accommodation options and hope to have confirmation on whether people can camp from Thurs-Tues or just Fri-Sun. We are also looking into ideas for things to do on other days apart from the airsoft for those wishing to have a longer weekend.
