The Siege of Tobruk

April 10th, 1941
Tobruk, Libya

 

++BRIEFING++

Enemy forces have pushed our Italian allies out of the town of Tobruk earlier this year, we have finished advancing through Cyrenaica and are now mounting an attack against the enemy garrison in Tobruk. Commanders have marked clearly on the map where enemy strongpoints are located and where we can likely see reinforcements come from if they are not dealt with swiftly. From what our scouts have gathered the British have air superiority over the area which is achieved by the airstrip south of tobruk, we could disable the airstrip but it would be difficult without proper support. Scouts have also seen a trench system on our intended route from our landing point to Tobruk this should be an easy point to push through, the final strongpoint before tobruk is a fortress which can be easily dealt with or ignored it is the Platoon leaders call.

  3. Only Radiomen, and KNGT Commanders are permitted to carry Long Range Radios. 
    (if the MG team is set as a separate team, the Assistant may take one.) 
  4. Night vision equipment is prohibited.
  5. BFT and GPS systems will be disabled/prohibited.
  6. Looting of enemy primary weapons is restricted.
