OPERATION ARIES

 

INTRODUCTION:

  • This mission is going to be a scripted mission and will be hosted on FK#4 using the current FK modset.
  • Anyone can reserve the slots that are marked as open. Regs+ and tagholders have priority.

SITUATION:

Swedish forces are currently stationed in Chernarus to assist the local CDF troops with fighting the Chedakis.
Your platoon is currently stationed at the NW Airfield along with your air force.
There have been reports of Chedaki forces closing in on the airfield. They have damaged the radar system and set up Grad launchers in the nearby town.
Your platoon has been alerted and tasked with repelling the enemy attack.

 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Destroy the Grad launcher site
  • Regain control over Novy Sobor
  • Secure the radar station

INTEL:

  • Time and date: 0730 January 26, 2020
  • Weather: partly cloudy, snowfall
  • Enemy forces: ChDKZ
  • Enemy ground assets: up to T-72 tanks
  • Enemy air assets: some transport Mi-8 helicopters were spotted earlier
  • Explosives: no mines or IEDs are expected
  • Civilians: possible in the towns
  • Respawn: rolling respawns
  • Reinforcements will be teleported to the AO by using the Squad Rally Point module
  • RRR is available at the airfield

 

RESTRICTIONS:

  • Do not take enemy weapons (medical supplies, throwables can be looted).
  • Only transport vehicles can be taken from the enemy side.

Regular infantry slots cannot be reserverd because this one's going to be a main mission event. You can still reserve the slots that are marked as [OPEN].
