FOB Patrol - SOG CDLC Mission

This mission will be on FK#5, and will require the SOG CDLC. There are only 40 slots available.

OBJECTIVES:

"Alright boys, standard stuff today hopefully. Mount up in the birds, then bring over supplies to the nearby FOBs at the marked LZs. Keep the birds safe from any VC patrols/attacks, then come back home. Should be nice and straightforward, but you never know what Charlie is up to or what the FOB guys might need from us. Keep your wits about you and do your best to help out."

Objective List:

• Fly to each LZ in turn
• Deposit the required supplies via helicopter (picked up from base)
• Respond to any attacks/patrols from the VC, or requests from the FOB commanders.

MAPS: 

GEAR / RESTRICTIONS:

1. No BFT/GPS.
2. No marking in side after brief.
   • Only mark in group if whole squad is together.
3. Equipment of any kind only from the SOG DLC. (ACE generic items like medical, map tools, watch/compass etc exempt).
4. US equipment only. M63A is not allowed.
5. No magnification/scopes.
6. Radios: No short ranges for anyone. Only RTO and FAC may take a LR.
7. Only SL/TL/HQ may take binoculars.
8. Only the following can take sidearms: Leadership, AR, Grenadier.
   • Sidearm choices: Mk22, M1911, Model 10.
9. No ballistic protection in vests. Take role appropriate vests (rifleman etc)
10. Grenadiers must take M79s as their primary.
    • GLs are otherwise prohibited, except FAC who can take a UGL for smokes.
11. M16/XM177 may only take 20 round mags.
12. 2x LAT (M79 LAW) per squad.
13. Unless otherwise stated - standard FK rules and restrictions apply.
