There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

Ok, so its gone later than I'd hoped to get a group of 10+ together, so I'm hoping this meeting will shit our arses into gear!
I know and understand a number of people can't commit yet but are still hoping and wanting to come, just unable to confirm until last minute - c'est la vie...
No so far myself, @anden3, @ThePointForward, @Yung_Cider, @Gditz, @Skate and @Murky are down on the document as confirmed to be ready to book and able to at least pay a deposit. (please let me know if this is not the case for anyone tagged)
This meeting will be essentially for us to agree upon an accommodation, discuss how we will all pay and I will then be making phone calls to check on availability, prices, how much deposit is required and as long as we all agree to it (also setting up a meeting for tomorrow), then we will book it.
It's up to other to then use the document and the forum thread to organise grouping together and making further bookings, however if anyone needs any help I am still willing to help ensure everyone will be able to keep together.
Most questions I am currently getting is around the deposit, which varies depending on where we choose. Deposits are usually 10-20% of the total cost, so unless we get 15+ others confirming by this meeting that they are able to book, the likes of the boat is out of the question due to the price up front being spread between possibly only 6 of us. This mean the odds are that we will probably be going for a hostel, which hopefully others can just join onto our booking at later dates or just get other rooms there.
Now the one place I have set in my head to put forward as the suggested accommodation would probably work out to be around £40 deposit needed, maybe less I can't guarantee the exact figure but I'd rather over estimate. (saying that it might be more)
I'm more than happy for people to say they are ready to book, but only if the cost remains under what ever budget they have. If anything that will just just get us to ensure we find a cheaper place as I'd rather have more numbers attending than going for a more expensive nicer accommodation!
Also, its been mentioned that there is a possibility of airsoft, which I know a number of people would only have been interested if it was more worth their time with having an airsoft weekend. Hopefully this can be discussed and looked into further, @atomicbucko122 and @COBRA I believe I spoke to you two about this, if you can contact the place and check it would be possible for us to maybe book in that weekend and the details on equipment hire, etc. maybe we can drop the paintball idea for this?

OK, so we didn't do one in the end last week, but after finishing my night shifts I thought it might be better to use a calendar event to plan one short notice tomorrow night!
If discussions finish with the UK summer meetup early then this may start a bit earlier and the end time isn't necessarily 1am UK time, just when ever it naturally comes to an end...
So yeah, join in if you like, feel free to bring questions about the community, conversation topics from around the world, any random questions, ask us discuss whether burgers or hot dogs are better at bbq's, whether tonks or heli's are better in missions, what games are in fashion, etc.
This is a chance for everyone and anyone to get involved, have a laugh, but also find out information about the community, have concerns answered, put forward questions we could possibly take to the CM's, just encase people for what ever reason don't feel comfy asking direct or putting in the think tank...
Use the modcast as you please, it was created as a meme for a laugh, but is being used for people to enjoy having a laugh and to hopefully bring a sense of harmony to the community
