There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

OK, so we didn't do one in the end last week, but after finishing my night shifts I thought it might be better to use a calendar event to plan one short notice tomorrow night!
If discussions finish with the UK summer meetup early then this may start a bit earlier and the end time isn't necessarily 1am UK time, just when ever it naturally comes to an end...
So yeah, join in if you like, feel free to bring questions about the community, conversation topics from around the world, any random questions, ask us discuss whether burgers or hot dogs are better at bbq's, whether tonks or heli's are better in missions, what games are in fashion, etc.
This is a chance for everyone and anyone to get involved, have a laugh, but also find out information about the community, have concerns answered, put forward questions we could possibly take to the CM's, just encase people for what ever reason don't feel comfy asking direct or putting in the think tank...
Use the modcast as you please, it was created as a meme for a laugh, but is being used for people to enjoy having a laugh and to hopefully bring a sense of harmony to the community

Hopefully, following yesterdays meeting we would have had final figures on the number of people making the first booking, a decision would have been made on accommodation and how finances are going to be handled.
So this meeting is for anyone available and involved, or those that couldn't make it yesterday but can today to jump on board and essentially I will hopefully receive some responses and be making phone calls today to confirm the prices, availability and hopefully actually book us in!
I will announce what comes of both meetings so others are fully aware of all the details and who is involved, in the hopes that this will help those others try to also make it.
Remember, you don't have to come for the entire time, there will be people there from the Thursday all the way through until the Tuesday, which I will be there the entire time, so you will never be on your own unless you need to arrive extra early on the Thursday or for some reason are going to get there before Thursday, or if you are staying until late evening Tuesday night or for some reason later than the Tuesday...
I will be looking to travel Thursday morning, leaving Swansea around 10am and getting to Bristol hopefully around midday, which I then plan on meeting anyone there and depending on accommodation details either grab lunch, or sort things out at the hotel/hostel and then grab lunch with everyone On the Tuesday I can pretty much stay until when ever, but if there's nothing keeping me I will leave when ever is appropriate and possibly get online in time for main missions!
There are plenty of other things that won't be forgotten about or ignored, they can just be left until a later date to talk about, things like ideas for name tags, anyone with any privacy worries - obviously a lot of people are going to want to take pics and share with the community, we can take down any details of people that wish to not be shown in any pics, no one has to give out their real or full name, people can stick purely to gamer tags (most people will probably only get called their 'community name' anyway!), etc. We will have another meeting or 2 closer to July where people can bring up any concerns or ideas.
