There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

SUT-D is a training course built by myself using my experience as an assistant instructor for a different community and my hours in Arma 3. About half of these concepts apply better in a PVP environment but the fundamentals of each can be applied easily and will help promote teamwork and role play in a mission.
ANYONE CAN JOIN, If you're a hardened veteran or a fresh faced recruit you are free to attend.
Course will be limited to 16 people MAX, 2 squads of 8 is a good show of scale for the concepts I will be teaching. I will also allow 1 person to join in to act as a moderator to insure that thing run smoothly and to take screenshots.
We will be running this in the General Training room and on Server 2. DISABLE TASK FORCE RADIO
Sections currently included are as follows
CONTACT REPORTS AND COMMUNICATION - This will include the fastest and most efficient way to call out a contact to minimize both radio clutter and to make sure the information given is clear. Will include the ABC's of Communication.
BASIC FORMATIONS - These will include what I consider the 3 most basic small unit formations, the advantages and disadvantages of each and how/when to deploy them.
FIRE COMMANDS - Basic fire commands like "Open fire" and the difference between Cease and Stop.
TALKING THE GUNS - How to talk guns in a firefight.
BOUNDING - The practice of bounding using fire teams. How and when to execute this somewhat advanced maneuver.
MISC - This bit will include some smaller things like map reading, duties of basic roles, and my some personal experiences and examples using what I'v learned.

Background
1980s–1995 - The Belkan Army, influenced by the ongoing Cold War, launched a series of black projects concerning advanced battlefield technology and weapons of mass destruction to deter or act during a foreign invasion. Contrary to the intentions of the Belkan military, the black projects had the unforeseen consequence of unleashing an economic recession that rapidly engulfed the Federation. The crisis grew to such a point that the National Assembly sought to contain it by amending the national federal law, thus allowing portions of the country to break off as independent countries.
The worsening economic situation led to nationwide riots protesting the lack of solutions to the recession. Crowds of over 40,000 people, marched against the National Assembly demanding the immediate removal of the ruling cabinet amidst increased sentiments of hatred against the seceded nations and a perceived weakness from them. The Workers Party won a large majority of the seats, eventually leading to their ascension to power in 1992 with Waldemarr Rald assuming control of the country. For the next years, the new Belka assumed a far-rightist stance against its former allies, bolstering its military and economy while searching for ways to terminate the economic crisis.
In March of 1995, Belka discovered a major source of natural resources and minerals in the southern border, a region denominated "Area B7R". Believing that it was the solution to Belka's troubles, Rald declared war on its former territories, launching a massive assault directed by the Belkan military. In response, Osea created the Allied Forces, a federation of the nations that seceded from Belka.
