There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

Topics covered in this training will include:
Basic maneuvers Basic Take-offs and landings Flight speed and altitude management Basic communication and command hierarchy Emergency procedures theory RSVP Regulars have priority, FNG's may be able to join if there are not enough Regs+.
It's planned to last 1 (one) hour. If stuff is getting in the way (or the attendees want to train a specific part more in depth) it will last longer.
Please make sure you are at least somewhat familiar with the mouse / keyboard (or joystick) layout of flying a helicopter.
Taking part in this training DOES NOT give you any priority during slotting.

In this practice session we will train the use of ACE night vision devices in helicopter usage.
This practice session is aimed at:
Pilots Chrewchiefs / WSOs To some extents infantry / FAC
This training IS NOT made to teach you how to fly. But a practice on how to fly and coordinate with ACE NVDs!
(I don't expect you to be good pilot. But make sure you know how to conduct a basic helicopter flight or be a crewchief)
Flight tag holders (Pilot or Crewchief) have priority during signups over regulars which then still have priority over FNGs!
If way more people than the RSVP limit would like to sign up, I might make it a longer session (2.5 instead of 1.5 hours) and allow for more people or repeat this practice multiple times over the coming week.
A good preparation is watching Dslyecxi's Art of Flight, Episode 15 about Nightvision Flight: (Just keep in mind that they are using a custom version of said nightvision.)

With the influx of new guys I have decide to lend Benji and Slouchy a hand with the basic session.
The aim of the basic training's is to run through everything you will need as soon as you join teamspeak right up to when you set off for your mission with your squad.
We will cover what happens in the FNG room, joining the server, the slotting up process, the arsenal and how to open the ace medical.
I will be holding this on the 2nd server if it is online.
Also if someone could come up with a better name that would be awesome, thanks.
