Situation Report:

At 04:00 hours yesterday, following our operations in Northern Canada. Canadian and US Expeditionary elements have fled across the border in a complete state of disarray anomalous meteorological events associated with the appearance and spread of what has been deemed "Red Water" has caused the near-total collapse of the Canadian Government and the cause of unparalleled Humanitarian crisis as civilians have been ordered to flee south across the US border. All attempts to halt the spread of the contagion have failed and sustained bombing and have had a negligible effect on the affected areas with Flora and Fauna having radically changed under the effects of the water. Your forces are currently en route to Corazol a town on the western coast to attempt to secure Navy Transport out of the states and further South perhaps by reaching the town some form of shelter can be taken against these events and contact with Command can be re-established...
