So here is the situation on the front as I understand it. We’ve managed to slow the allies advance with the Siegfried line but there are still minor breakthroughs all along the line. Our focus is here in Aachen where 2 US divisions are attempting to break into the city. You are not here to stop the assault though. Two nights ago during the initial allied attack they managed to encircle and cut off the HQ of Major Hans Muller who is now trapped behind enemy lines. Your mission here is to lead a counter attack to punch a hole and retrieve the Major, his leadership is vital to ensuring the defense of Aachen succeeds. OBJECTIVES PRIMARY Lead Counter Attack Before we can get close to Major Muller we must first break through the allied line, you will be given operational lead on the attack so wherever you choose to start the attack from the infantry will follow. Regroup With Major Muller Major Muller is barely holding on, you must regroup with him before the allies are able to get to him. Await Further Orders. Major Muller will provide you with further orders when you regroup. SECONDARY Take Out Allied Mortar Position An Allied mortar position to the north west of Major Muller's position has been keeping them from moving around within the square they hold, taking this out either yourself or by ordering the infantry to do so will take pressure off of Muller Keep The Panzer Grenadiers Alive Keeping the infantry alive will be vital to your success, be smart when ordering them around as they may be your last line of defence.
